I have a professional background as a specialist podiatrist but I am also a qualified Level 3 personal trainer. I am extremely passionate & enthusiastic about female weight lifting, fitness and nutrition.
Based in Hitchin (Hertfordshire) I am taking on clients who may be looking to start their fitness journey to a better version of themselves, or those looking to step up their current aims & goals.
