Do you cater for the Deaf or the Hard of Hearing?

As a Professional Trainer, I cater for all, and due to my hearing loss, I can confidently cater for the deaf and hard of hearing as well.

Is this a commercial/residential property?

Residential, but the gym is fully isolated & personal.

What qualifications do you have Yvette?

Currently I am a Level 3 personal trainer with accreditation from YMCA.

What training or experience do I need?

Any prior gym experience/knowledge will be advantageous but not essential; this will be taken into account when I tailor your training for you.

Do you only train women?

Although my passion is for female weight training all genders are welcome.

Will I receive instructions?

Yes, I will be able to instruct you on the exercises you will carry out… I’ll also encourage & push you when you find it tough going!

What do I need to bring with me?

Please arrive changed for the sessions, with a towel & a bottle of water as you see fit.

What facilities are on site?

All the gym equipment is provided. There are no changing rooms, toilets or showers however.

Do you provide discounts?

I offer discounts on bulk sessions as well as for couples; please see my prices for details.

What days of the week will you be able to do personal training sessions?

Usually Mondays, Wednesdays & weekends but this can be discussed.

What if I want or need to cancel a session?

You can cancel with a refund 24 hours or more before a session is scheduled to start, under 24 hours will incur the charge of a session. However it will be fine to reschedule a session.
