60 minutes of training time in the studio with Yvette.
What’s Involved
- a short warmup.
- followed by the session of exercises planned using the studio equipment.
- a mix of cardio (rower or HIIT).
- body weight exercises.
- upper/lower body exercises with the weights & kettlebells.
- and a cool down.
N.B. This will vary depending on your personalised training plan
Single: One and half hour session – £50
90 minutes of training time in the studio with Yvette.
What’s Involved
- a short warmup.
- followed by the session of exercises planned using the studio equipment.
- a mix of cardio (rower or HIIT).
- body weight exercises.
- upper/lower body exercises with the weights & kettlebells.
- and a cool down.
N.B. This will vary depending on your personalised training plan. Due to this being a longer session the warmup & cool down may also be longer.
Couples: One hour session – £55 Total
60 minutes of training time in the studio with Yvette for 2 people (partners, friends or colleagues).
What’s Involved
- a short warmup.
- followed by the session of exercises planned using the studio equipment.
- a mix of cardio (rower or HIIT).
- body weight exercises.
- upper/lower body exercises with the weights & kettlebells.
- and a cool down.
N.B. This will vary depending on your personalised training plan. You will be alternating on complementary exercises & may even do exercises that require you to work together!
Block Booking: 5 x One hour session – £160 Total
Five individual sessions of 60 minutes each of training time in the studio with Yvette.
