Yvette's Gym and the Requirements

Welcome to The Studio, here is what you’ll find available to use inside.

Built in 2022 after a couple of years spent working out at home during & after COVID. Unsatisfied with the lack of proper exercise space at home the decision was made to build a studio.

The Studio

Where you will train with Yvette depending on your training plan, across a variety of weights & other equipment.

Ths Studio Floor

You’ll do warmup & cool down stretches here, the floor also provides ample room for using the bench, weights as well as bodyweight exercises.

Rowing Machine

A Concept2 branded model with a variety of workout types & intensity levels to provide some cardio in the studio… sorry!

Squat Rack

This allows for doing pull-ups, squats & a variety of upper body exercises.

Kettle Bells

A range of 9 kettlebells from 8kg to 40kg provides additional variety in the studio.

Barbell & Olympic plates

a weighted 20kg barbell with a variety of plates to load allow for a wide range of exercises for upper & lower body muscles. There is also a 9kg EZ curl bar which is specifically focused for arm exercises.

Rowing Machine

Kettle Bells

A range of 9 kettlebells from 8kg to 40kg provides additional variety in the studio.

Yoga Ball

Used for core & stability based exercises.

Dumb Bells

Full range of dumbbells from 1kg to 35kg allowing for incremental weight progression based on the exercises you do.

EZ Curl Bar

Used for isolated bicep/tricep exercises in conjunction with the Olympic plates.

The Bench

Adjustable with 6 different inclines to allow for a wide range of exercises & movements.

Bosu Ball

Used in a variety of core & stability exercises.

Pylo Box

Allows for explosive bursts of cardio exercises, step ups or to assist with squats & pressups.

Medicines Balls

Ranging from 3kg to 8kg, these can be used in core exercises as well in arms & legs.
